Every trip includes basic insurance with an excess fee, and you can upgrade to Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) or Full Damage Coverage (FDC) for extra protection. If you have an accident or the car is damaged, first ensure you are safe and contact the local authorities. Use the “Report Accident/Damage” feature on the app to submit a police report.
