● Upon delivery, the vehicle will be reserved solely for you and will be connected to your account for a span of 15 minutes. You can commence your trip using the app within 30 minutes of the delivery time.
● If the vehicle is not utilized as planned upon delivery, a penalty fee equal to 50% of the daily rental price will be levied.
● Given potential limitations on vehicle availability at times, Udrive cannot assure the delivery of the exact model you requested. However, in this case, an alternative vehicle will be provided.
