To be eligible for a Udrive customer, you need to meet the following criteria:

1. Age Applicants must be 23 years or older to apply.
2. Drivers License
3. Identity Card

Applicants must hold a valid, unexpired, and government-issued Emirates Identity Card if they are a UAE resident

Really simple, once you have purchased your credit pack you will have access to your credit wallet. This will store all of your unused credits in your Udrive account. To allocate credits to your team members, simply provide the email address of the member you wish to allocate credits to and state how many you wish to allocate. We will top up the account for immediate use.  

We understand it is important to control and reconcile costs of transport easily. Each trip taken by your team members will generate an invoice when the trip is ended. These invoices, along with a monthly statement will list the trips, their duration, credits used and how many credits are left on your account. No need for receipt collecting and manual entry. 

Whether it be a getaway with friends or personal errands that need to be run. We can provide everything from a large SUV to a Mustang for your team to enjoy, just reach out to us and we will arrange the car for you! The same reservation and booking process, new possibilities for your team members to feel valued.

If you have time sensitive meetings or needs for cars, reach out to us at least one day in advance so we can make arrangements and bring cars to your office location. We will do our best to get the cars to you right when you need them.
