Free Fuel policy and how to refuel the car

Fuel is included with all Udrive rentals, except Udrive Monthly rentals. The gas stations available for free refueling depend on the city where you are renting the car.

How to refuel for free

Visit one of the dedicated gas stations and inform the attendant that you are driving a Udrive car with fuel included in the rental. The staff will refuel the car at no cost to you, and no payment is required from your side.

If you experience any issues with the free refueling process, please pay for the fuel yourself and send the receipt to [email protected] for reimbursement.
