Responsibility for fines & how they are paid

When you rent a car from Udrive, you are responsible for any traffic and other fines incurred during your rental period. Please make sure to follow UAE traffic laws and local driving regulations at all times.

If a fine is issued for your rental, the amount will be charged to your payment card and an invoice will be shared with you by email.

If the payment cannot be processed, it will result in further action in line with our terms and conditions.
