Getting started

Download the Udrive app from the App Store or Google Play, then follow these three steps:

• Verify your email address
• Verify your phone number
• Upload your documents

Document review

Once submitted, your documents are reviewed within a few minutes. If everything is in order, your account will be approved and you will receive a notification.

If your application is rejected

If your documents haven't been approved, you will receive an email explaining the reason. Common reasons for rejection include:

• Being under 21 years of age
• Holding a driving license for less than 6 months
• Documents that are unclear, cropped, or partially visible
• Expired documents
• Incomplete documentation, such as a missing International Driving Permit

If the email asks you to upload additional or clearer documents, please do so and your application will be reviewed again. Once everything is complete and your eligibility is confirmed, your account will be approved.
