How to reserve a car

Once you've selected a car, you can reserve it free of charge for 30 minutes while you make your way to it.

When you arrive near the car, simply unlock it through the app and start your trip.

If you need more time to get to the vehicle, you can reserve the same car again after the first reservation expires.

• Reserving the same car more than twice will temporarily suspend your account for several hours.
